My family and Jeff's family all went up to Roche-a-Cri lake and stayed in cottages for 5 days. It was a blast! Trexen loved it but wore mommy and daddy out. It was difficult entertaining a 10 month old at the cottage. He really wanted to run around with the other kids. Instead he would crawl and stop along the way to eat some dirt, grass, leaves, pretty much anything he could find! He loved the boats but hated his life jacket. As long as we were going fast on the boat he was happy! Trexen spent much of his time driving his power wheels ATV around. It is the funniest thing to see a baby driving a power wheels. Steering however is not yet mastered so we had quite a few crashes. We went to the beach one day which was a lot of fun. Trex was in heaven with water and sand equaling a muddy mess! My family (mom, dad, Jenna, Kelsey, Andy, Jeff, Trex & I) all stayed in one cottage with one bedroom. It was close quarters and very challenging with Trexen and his sleeping the first day/night but he settled in pretty good after that. Out of all the people there though including his new 7 week old cousin Trexen was always the first awake in the morning. I guess he likes to get up with the birds!
